Sheffield Daffodil and Spring Flower Show
You can tell winter is nearly over when spring bulbs make their appearance, and the Annual Daffodil and Spring Flower Show opens its doors in Sheffield.
The 86th Annual Daffodil and Spring Flower Show will be held at the Sheffield Town Hall. This flower show is the oldest continuing flower show in Tasmania, possibly Australia. The flower show began as a fete. Ladies waited while their men sold stock at Hopes Stockyards with the day ending with a dance!
Come and see one of the best displays of daffodils and spring flowers on offer, as well as interactive displays, plant stalls and produce stalls there will be something to interest or inspire everyone that comes to the show. Visitors will be able to enjoy the cut flower displays and floral art, as well as have the opportunity to talk too many of the hosts of the show – the Kentish Garden Club.
Light lunches will be available, as well as morning and afternoon teas.
