All workshops run with a minimum of only two participants so personalised learning time is guaranteed. Luke has a wealth of experience to share with beginners who are looking for tips using their DSLR camera including manual settings, ISO and slow shutter speed. For more advanced photographers, Luke's local knowledge is invaluable when it comes to getting into locations at just the right time for that perfect shot.

This two day Tasmanian photography tour and workshop includes Freycinet National Park and the beachside towns of Coles Bay and Bicheno. We will photograph a sunset and sunrise over the ocean, as well as magnificent coast scenery including the rugged granite “Hazards” mountain range and long dreamy expanses of white sand. We will also explore wildlife photography, macro photography and seascape photography meaning all aspects of landscape photography will be covered.
During the evening a post-processing tutorial is also included. My workshops are aimed at beginners to intermediate, or to anyone who would like to pick up some local advice on some great Tasmanian photography locations all over the state.
ALL expenses are included in tour fee - accommodation, tuition, guide/vehicle, national parks entry, lunch and dinner on Day One, breakfast and lunch on Day two.
Visit some beautiful Tasmanian rainforest and waterfalls in this full day Tasmanian photography tour. Enjoy the cool greenness of Tasmania’s cool temperate rainforest and marvel at some of the biggest trees in the world. View beautiful waterfalls and cascading streams and take time out in this ancient environment. We will spend the morning photographing Russell Falls and Horseshoe Falls deep in the Tasmanian rainforest at Mt Field National Park. After a delicious locally made lunch we will then visit the secluded Styx Valley of the Giants to photograph the tallest hardwood trees on earth.

Cradle Mountain is without a doubt one of the most rewarding Tasmanian photography tours available. Together over three days we will photograph sunrises and sunsets at Dove Lake, we will see charming old wooden mountain huts and spectacular Tasmanian rainforest and alpine scenery. We will do sessions on wildlife photography, macro photography and an indoor post-processing session. We will take a leisurely visit to the sparkling Liffey Falls on the return to Hobart. Improving all aspects of your landscape photography is the goal of this three day photography tour!

Discover some hidden waterfalls in the foothills of Mt Wellington, and then shoot a magnificent sunset from the Eastern Shore, as the city skyline sparkles into life under the imposing backdrop of Mt Wellington.
Tour start/finish times are dependent on the season. The workshop will be five hours duration, starting mid-afternoon and finishing after the sun sets.
This is a “self drive” tour – participants will be responsible for moving themselves between locations. No meals are included in this workshop. There are no entry fees required.
