Located in a beautiful fern and Rhododendron garden on the quiet side of Derby, resides this former tin miners cottage that has been redeveloped into the perfect holiday accommodation for those wanting to shred the trails or take a moment to themselves in this revitalised Tasmanian town. Geared for avid mountain bikers with all the amenities they could need this cottage has all the heritage charm but is equipped with all the new-age features one could want (including a PS3, a true bonus if you are travelling with children!) Enjoy open plan living, dining and kitchen areas that all flow onto our large outdoor deck. Our fully equipped kitchen is perfect for longer stays and includes a dishwasher, oven, microwave, pod coffee machine, electric wok and a slow cooker so you can truly make yourself at home. Crack a cold one outside and enjoy our outdoor entertaining area. With a BBQ and seating area for 8, you can enjoy long summer evenings reminiscing about your trail conquests for the day. Two bedrooms with one queen and four single beds, laundry, bathroom, and open plan living/kitchen area on a large block. Reverse cycle heater and wood heater. Lockable bike storage shed with power, bike stand, pump, and basic tools. Bike wash area provided. Port a cot and high chair available on request.
