Eagle's Roost Farmstay B&B is carbon-negative, eco-friendly accommodation in Rocky Cape, North West Tasmania. The property offers hosted holiday accommodation combining affordable luxury in sheltered, secluded, beautiful surroundings.
There are two bedrooms, each with their own ensuite; a double spa room and an 'easy access' wet room shower king or twin bedded room. Full cooked breakfast is provided. Shared lounge (wood fire, television & DVD player), kitchen & laundry. Views to Sawyer's Bay, Stanley & the Nut, landscaped gardens & bushwalk trails in 12 acres of private forest.
Eagle's Roost farmhouse is a comfortable cedar-clad home with underfloor insulation and heat transfer ducting. Two verandahs face west and north to take advantage of sun or shelter at different times. There is a BBQ and outdoor eating area.
A large veggie patch produces fresh produce all year. The Chooks and Dorothy the cow provide fresh eggs and milk (and yogurt and cream) for your breakfasts! Motion sensor cameras in the forest capture videos of Tasmanian Devils, Wombats, and other wildlife that visit while you are staying!
We are located right next to Rocky Cape National Park and close to the Rocky Cape Roadhouse and the Rocky Cape Tavern.
ROOMS
Ensuite Room (Double Spa)
This room has a double bed, wardrobe, dressing table, bedside tables, electric blanket and a heater. It looks out over the north-east garden with view through trees to Bass Strait. The ensuite bathroom has a large ten-jet spa bath with shower over. The room is individually keyed.

Ensuite Room (King/Twin)
This room can be configured with a king sized bed for a couple or as a twin share with two king single beds. The beds have electric blankets and the room also has a heater if required. The room has bedside tables, a dressing table and an easy access wet room shower ensuite bathroom. The room looks out over the eastern garden to the forest.
