Tamar River Villas offers studio suites and two-bedroom apartments in Launceston, Northern Tasmania. Located only 3.5 km from the central business district with views of the mountains and Tamar River, the villas are a short four-minute drive from the city's many restaurants and attractions.
Two types of accommodation are available, including large and modern Studio apartments and self-contained apartments. Studio apartments have en suite facilities and full kitchens, flat-screen televisions and accommodate up to three guests in a queen and a single bed. The quality two-bedroom apartments (accommodating up to six guests) with walk-in showers, private balconies and free Wi-Fi, and plenty of room for parking large vehicles.
Guest laundry, and a licensed restaurant on-site provide comfort and convenience. There is a wheelchair accessible room with a walk-in shower.
Enjoy a round at the Riverside Golf Club, just a two-minute drive away or introduce the children to 'Kids Paradise' directly opposite the villas. As the gateway to the Tamar Valley, enjoy the wineries, history and scenery this region has to offer.

Our Studio Apartment have cooking facilities and its own bathing and toilet facilities. Some with walk in showers and downstairs available on request. The room has a queen bed with some also having a single bed.

Our Apartment have two bedrooms, a separate living area, cooking facilities and its own bathing and toilet facilities, all accessed from within the apartment. River and mountain views. Some rooms with sofa beds for extra guests.
