Hidden in a secret corner of Tasmania, this perfectly curated historic cottage is a retreat into natural simplicity; an invitation to slow down, unplug and reconnect. The 160-year-old cottage sits in the beautiful northern Tasmanian town of Latrobe. Just metres from the meandering Mersey River, this luxury rustic retreat makes the perfect escape - a place to rest, bathe, and restore. Every inch of the tiny cottage has been lovingly restored using only natural raw materials, sourced locally and mixed on site to compliment the original antique timbers. From the lime rendered chimney and walls to the milk painted woodwork and furniture, every surface is designed to soothe your senses. The bed is the highest hotel quality, the blue tooth speaker and fast wifi are perfect for streaming your favourite mood music and the hot water is fast and endless for that perfect soak in the tub. Light a fire, run a bath, pour the wine.
