Base Camp Railton is a modern three bedroom, free-standing brick veneer home on a level block in Railton, Tasmania's Town of Topiary. Self-contained with three bedrooms, two lounge areas, two bathrooms, domestic kitchen with cutlery, crockery, cookware and utensils, laundry with front-loader washer and tumble dryer, Base Camp Railton sleeps up to six people (three couples) with two splittable king beds for a maximum five singles.
1:14 ramp access at the front, generous timber deck with steps down to the carpark at the rear.
Well-located for day trips to Cradle Mountain and Narawntapu National Parks, in the heart of the Cradle to Coast Tasting Trail touring the region and the Wild Mersey Mountain Bike Trails, walking distance to Railton parkrun and Seven Sheds Brewery.
Base Camp Railton is 30 minutes from the Spirit of Tasmania passenger ferry, and Devonport Airport, 65 minutes from Launceston Airport.

A roomy, modern home offering three bedrooms (sleeps up to six) with full kitchen, two living areas, two bathrooms, laundry facilities and more. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, freezer, glass range, electric oven, dishwasher, twin sink, cutlery, crockery, rice cooker, electric fry-pan, pots, pans and cooking utensils. Each bedroom has a built-in or walk-in wardrobe so you can unpack your bags for longer stays. The bedrooms and second living area are carpeted, the main living / dining area has a timber floor and floor rugs, the kitchen and bathrooms have slip-resistant vinyl floors. Off the main living area is a generous deck with outdoor seating and optional table (stored inside when not in use) for balmy summer evenings. A small gas barbeque is also available at no extra charge.
