Assemble your Entourage & Connect in the Deep Tassie Winter… Book Wandering Trout for your own private MID WINTER SOIREE! Just jump on the bus & let us take care of it all… We’ll pick you and your crew up from Launceston or Devonport & get you settled upstairs in our 5 cosy Queen suites. 7pm will be a 6 course curated tasting menu with drinks pairing & your own local troubadour playing from 8pm… Continue the fun upstairs with more nibbles & drinks plus a movie or tunes… the place is yours!
