A delizioso Italian twist on a traditional Christmas Day menu, get together with the famiglia for a sumptuous buffet featuring fresh Tasmanian oysters, chilled poached prawns, antipasti, Tasmanian cheese, sliced Christmas ham and more. Then it's time to feast family-style with hot dishes served to your table including Tesoro's famous garlic and rosemary focaccia, fritto misto and a succulent slow-cooked porchetta stuffed with Italian herbs and served with fennel purée, herb salad and pork jus. Don't forget to save room for dessert from Tesoro's talented pastry chef... a decadent lemon and honey semifreddo served with fresh Tasmanian berries and white chocolate wafer. Little guests will also have their own Christmas Kids Menu to choose from plus unlimited free ice cream for dessert! Enjoy a complimentary glass of sparkling on arrival, with a curated array of Tasmanian wines, beers and soft drinks will be available for purchase on the day.
