Join other lucky guests in the beautiful rustic cellar door of Craigie Knowe and enjoy a rare opportunity to experience the delights of a six-course tasting menu prepared by the talented team at Saffire-Freycinet. Paddy Prenter is the executive chef and we design an East Coast journey of food and wine. Each course will be carefully matched with wine to create the perfect celebration of what the East Coast of Tasmania has to offer. A collaboration between Saffire-Freycinet and Craigie Knowe Vineyard. Limited to just 40 guests. The price includes all food and wine, starting with sparkling.
