Bridport Distilling Co. is a small batch, boutique distillery located in the seaside town of Bridport on Tasmania’s North East Coast.
Crafting spirits and liquors from ingredients grown and foraged from the region, Bridport Distilling Co. combines the flavours and aromas of wild kunzea, Tasmanian pepperberry and local lavender with the purified water of the Mount Scott Aquifer to tell a story of the region.
From long summer days spent by the beach to family trips picking berries at the local blueberry farm, each product from Bridport Distilling Co represents an anecdote of the makers who have grown up and are raising their own family in this pure pocket of the world.
The result, a portfolio of spirits and liquors that use the unique ingredients of North East Tasmania to portray a laid back life on the Tassie coast.
