The Cormorant has arguably the best views of any eating establishment in northern Tasmania perched on the northern end of Inspection Head Wharf overlooking the beautiful Port Dalrymple on the Tamar River across to Mount Arthur and Mount Barrow.
We serve lunches in a Cafe style setting as well as fresh cakes and Devonshire Teas using Tasmanian made jams and cream. Tasmanian roasted coffee, hot-chocolates and cold drinks are available and guests can wander over to our Anvers chocolate shop located within the Cafe area.
With room to seat up to 100 people, we are open to booked coach groups and functions.
