Music and Songwriting sessions at the Watershed

Join our music workshop every Tuesday from 12pm to 3pm. Learn songwriting hacks and how to apply music theory from master guitarist Aaron Hopper. The sessions are also an opportunity to collaborate with other musicians from North West Tasmania and share songs. Over the past year participants of this workshop have received performance opportunities, learned how to apply music theory, instrument tuition and creative development. While it is recommended you have some musical ability, these sessions are inclusive. All members of the community are welcome to drop in , listen, participate and enjoy. The ‘Sheddies’ are a welcoming and friendly bunch and you can be sure you’ll be made to feel welcome. The sessions start with an open jam from 12:00-1:00pm From 1:00pm to 3:00pm the sessions guided tuition and creative development by Aaron Hopper.
