Stock market restaurant is situated in a history rich 150-year-old flour mill in Salamanca on Hobart's waterfront. We are a small team, with a focus on supporting Tasmanian growers, suppliers and creators. Our dishes are curated by our award-winning Executive Chef, Josh Retzer, using the finest produce. Offering brunch, bottomless brunch, drinks and dinner.
