Welcome to this holiday retreat, a large house with spectacular water views across Marieville Esplanade to River Derwent and mountains, making for a relaxing holiday destination. Location is perfect, close to CBD, Salamanca Markets, Wrest Point Casino, international restaurants, Coles, Woolworths, Asian groceries, Sandy Bay shops, 24/7 McDonald's. This house consists of 4 bedrooms with 2.5 bathrooms containing a total of 6 beds: 1 queen bed , 2 double beds, and 1 bunk with 2 single beds. Total of 8 people. Spacious kitchen, kitchen sink and modern living areas with expansive 180 degree water views. The house comes with one free carpark next to the front door and plenty of on-street parking for additional vehicles. There are a few steps inside the house. Close to the University of Tasmania (UTAS) Sandy Bay campus, 15 minutes drive to CBD, direct buses to Hobart CBD with bus stops just down the road on Churchill Ave, 20-25 mins drive to Hobart International Airport and close to the two big supermarkets, Coles and Woolworths, Asian groceries, banks, international restaurants and Sandy Bay post office. Clean, tidy, quiet, comfortable and convenient, just perfect for your family getaway holiday or parents dropping off their international school, TasTAFE, college or university student children. Suitable for short or long stays. Discounts may be negotiable for longer stays.
