Domescapes in the Vines

We are a boutique single vineyard, winery and cellar door. Our wines are created with care and passion, the vineyard is tended in a holistic and sustainable manner. The fruit is hand-picked, crushed and fermented in traditional methods with minimal intervention. We have a large range of interesting and experimental wine that showcases the care, passion and dedication that goes into every drop. This is served in a rustic cellar door in a laid back relaxed atmosphere. We also have onsite glamping accommodation.

Moores Hill Estate is a family-owned vineyard in the Tamar Valley, Northern Tasmania. The wines are made on-site at Tasmania's first 100% solar powered winery. We produce a range of wines from Sparkling, Riesling, Pinot Gris, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot Take in the sweeping views over the vineyard from the cellar door and relax with a tasting plate of Tasmanian produce and a glass of wine. Coffee and souvenirs are also available. Open daily, all year round for tastings, sales and most importantly, a chat about cool-climate wines. The cellar door is half an hour's drive from Launceston (40 kilometres/25 miles).

Winter Brook Vineyard hand-makes spectacular, limited-release, estate wines brought to you via the Cellar Door in the beautiful Tamar Valley of Tasmania. We are only a stunning, scenic 30-minute drive north of Launceston. Winter Brook Vineyard produces high-quality fruit that is hand-picked to develop fine-quality wines in the winery onsite. The annual release of wines is about 10,000 bottles across all varieties (about 900 cases). Sandy Gibson's dream of owning, operating, and living all things vines and wines means that our focus is producing boutique, hand-crafted wines, and enjoying every step along the way. This is why they have limited availability to their wines to ensure that these fabulous and highly desired bottles are available to visitors to the Cellar Door or Online. The Cellar Door is open 7 days a week, 11 am to 5 pm for tastings, bottle sales, and simple cheese and meat platters.
