Designed for small parties, you can be assured of a peaceful relaxing stay. The complex features two studio apartments suitable for couples. There is also a beautifully appointed two-bedroom apartment with king and queen beds ideal for two couples traveling together. The garden setting attracts an abundance of native birds and is regularly visited by wallabies at dusk. The apartments are constructed using rammed earth and native timbers. For guest comfort king size beds and handcrafted Tasmanian furniture are provided. Double glazing and thermal glass panels ensure you stay cool in summer and warm in winter. A light breakfast is provided to start your day. The studio apartments have limited cooking facilities while the Upper Residence offers a fully equipped kitchen. There are several quality restaurants and wineries close by for those who want to sample local produce. Coles Bay is a two-hour-and-twenty-minute drive (192 km) east of Hobart.
