Lumière Lodge is a late-Victorian residence in Hobart, carefully restored and reimagined as experiential accommodation. The home is shaped by an old-world sensibility - layered with antiques, oil paintings, and richly toned interiors - yet grounded in contemporary comfort. Three private bedrooms, each with their own bathroom, allow for both intimacy and retreat. A traditional English kitchen sits at the heart of the home, equipped for slow cooking and gathering, while the dining room centres around the fire in cooler months. Stays are accompanied by a thoughtful offering of Tasmanian provisions - fresh bread, seasonal produce, and pantry staples sourced from local growers - alongside a complimentary cocktail on arrival. Located in Hobart, the lodge is within walking distance of neighbourhood wine bars and grocers, and a short drive from MONA, Kunanyi / Mount Wellington, and the Derwent Valley. Lumière Lodge is a destination for voyagers seeking a more considered way to experience Tasmania.
