Pelican Sands Scamander is on the east coast of Tasmania, situated at the mouth of the Scamander River but on the beach. It’s midway between Freycinet National Park and the famous Bay of Fires making it the ideal spot to explore this region with its natural delights and breathtaking scenery. These coastal self-contained accommodation comprises of 4 king bed studios with smart TVs and each having a deck facing the sea. One has a spa for added relaxation. These 4 units are adults only. For families and travelling partners, we have 2 x two-bedroom apartments, with full kitchens including ovens, king bed, and 2 x single beds. With smart TVs, in the parents room and another in the combined lounge/kitchen area. There are picnic tables, kayaks and a guest laundry area with coin operated washing machines and dryers. Stroll along the beach, have a picnic, surf the waves or swim in the lagoon at the front of the property. Feeling energetic? Go bushwalking, golfing, or grab a kayak and paddle up the river enjoying the bushland scenery. There is excellent fishing in the Scamander River, so bring rods! Also many National Parks, waterfalls and abundant birdlife for adventures. Pelican Sands is a great place to unwind and enjoy the scenery from your unit. From your bed even.

Pillow top queen bed and two singles or a king bed for couples travelling together. Modern bathroom, full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, living and dining with private deck, barbecue and outdoor furniture where you can sit and enjoy the most magnificent water views overlooking the waterfront. Flat screen wall mounted television. The perfect spot to see the sun rise in the morning or enjoy an evening drink as the sun sets.
