Rathmore is a historic property set on a 92-acre sheep property with platypus and friendly farm animals, close to Hobart in the beautiful Derwent Valley, Mt Field National Park, New Norfolk and offers activities for nature lovers and the adventurous. You will love the elegant heritage rooms with luxury bed and antique furnishings. There is a spacious sitting room, a gourmet kitchen, fireplaces and a picturesque garden. Rathmore House is ideal for couples, corporate getaways, families and groups. The revived Shearers Quarters where four bedrooms each have an ensuite or bathroom and communal messroom and Rathmore Cottage offers budget chic or elegant heritage accommodation for a beautiful authentic farm stay experience. Up to 24 guests can be accommodated and it is an ideal venue for family and friend gatherings, retreats, seminars, workshops, significant celebrations and weddings.
