We will then bring you to the Cellar Door for a wine tasting flight followed by a two course lunch of fine Tasmanian produce with matched wines in the hatted Josef Chromy Wines Restaurant. Join us on Friday, 7th November for an evening where we celebrate our newest chardonnay and pinot noir releases. Guiding you through the evening will be our winemaker Yael Sandler, viticulturalist Kellie Graham, and your wine club manager Donovan Stull. You will experience new vintages of our estate level, Expressions, and Zdar Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. That's right, one of our new releases is Zdar! This isn't just a new release, this release has been years in the making. Our beloved Zdar range of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir is back for it's long-awaited 2024 vintage release. We will begin the evening enjoying canapes served with our 2019 Brut Finesse, followed by a Chardonnay-paired Entree, Pinot Noir-paired Main and shared platter dessert. Seated will be limited. Take a guided walk of the grounds and learn all things Josef Chromy. Learn about sparkling wine production and trial your own dosage to create your perfect bottle of Sparkling to keep. Finish with lunch in the hatted Josef Chromy Restaurant. Experience commences from the Cellar Door at 11.00am and is available on request.
