Peppermint Bay is located 35 minutes south of Hobart in Woodbridge, Tasmania. The Bruny Island House of Whisky is a specialty Tasting Bar situated on Bruny Island. A spectacular representation of Tasmanian single malt whisky, a true whisky experience with an extensive range of purely Tasmanian single malts on tasting (currently over 175 different expressions). Home to their exclusive range of Limited Single Cask Whisky Releases and their Seclusion Limited Release Gins. For those who love whisky and gin, experience all of these amazing award-winning single malts and gins in one place. Specialists in Tasmania's rare, collectable and limited releases. The venue offers an intimate environment with an open fire and stunning water views, situated just three kilometres from the ferry terminal on beautiful Bruny Island. Definitely worth the trip! Art Farm Birchs Bay is a not-for-profit association established to foster engagement between community, artists, art and the landscape. The Art Farm hosts exhibitions, artist residency, art workshops and the renowned Sculpture Trail - an annual exhibition featuring Tasmanian and interstate artists, supported by private sponsorship and local government. Situated at Five Bob Farm, a unique coastal farm, a visit to the Art Farm includes meandering through fields of native pepper (Tasmannia lanceolata), irises, fruit orchards and an extensive kitchen garden.
