Just minutes from Tasmania's largest shopping center, restaurants, Blundstone Arena, and only a 10-minute drive to the CBD and the airport. The space (optional) The Villa has had been designed with the holiday maker in mind with 3 generous bedrooms, two bathrooms and secure lock up garage. The main Bedroom has comfy King size bed and ensuite, the second bedroom a cozy queen bed and built-in robes, and third bedroom has two single beds. Each room, thoughtfully adorned and equipped, ensures a seamless stay. With the convenience of two bathrooms, including a relaxing bathtub, and a washing machine and dryer. Outside, the expansive deck beckons, offering a picturesque backdrop for your barbecue gatherings. A secure lock up garage with electric roller door is provided for your convenience. Conveniently located just a 10 minute drive to Hobart's vibrant CBD and only a short trip to Bellerive Quay for a scenic ferry ride across the Derwent River, the home also provides swift access to the popular Bellerive beach within a mere 5-minute drive away. A brief 3-minute drive to Eastlands,the region's largest shopping center.

This well-crafted contemporary home is light, bright and airy. This villa is warm and inviting and is extremely well situated just an easy ten-minute stroll to Hobart’s largest Shopping Centre, and 10 minutes drive to Hobart Airport and CBD/Salamanca. For your comfort, the home includes reverse cycle air conditioning to keep the home cosy in Winter and cool in Summer. Enjoy great views of Mount Wellington, and relax in a stylish outdoor entertaining area. The main bedroom is beautifully furnished with elegant bedlinen and an extremely comfortable queen size bed. There’s even a wall-mounted Smart TV if you just want to curl up in bed and watch your favourite show after a busy day. The 2nd bedroom has two comfortable single beds and the double glazing throughout will ensure a peaceful night's sleep, also in the lounge, one of the lounges converts into a comfortable sofa bed. If you feel like cooking, the kitchen is fully equipped including a dishwasher and microwave. However, with the large array of wonderful restaurants so close by, why would you want to cook! The laundry has a washing machine/dryer combo and there’s a fully fenced private backyard with an outdoor setting for your morning coffee.
