This vacant residential block offers self-contained campers a spectacular location with stunning lagoon views, close proximity to the Bay of Fires and a charming lemon tree for you to enjoy. Their block is perfectly positioned just 100 metres from the lagoon's edge and within walking distance of some of the area's most beautiful attractions. Take an easy 1 kilometre stroll to Binalong Bay's main beach, or enjoy a relaxed meal at the local café and pizza restaurant, just 1.3 kilometre away. For a refreshing dip, the scenic rock pools are only 1.8 kilometre from your doorstep. Binalong Bay is renowned for its breathtaking beaches, and the property is just minutes from the iconic Bay of Fires. For your convenience, the vibrant township of St Helens is only a 10-minute drive away, offering an array of cafés, restaurants, boutique cinema, and shops—perfect for stocking up or treating yourself to a night out.

Grants Lagoon is a campground within the Bay of Fires Conservation Area, managed by the Parks and Wildlife Service Tasmania (PWS). Campgrounds within the Bay of Fires Conservation Area are popular for seasonal visitors and locals alike. The stretch of coastal locations offer basic facilities in stunning, beachside campgrounds. Some of the more elevated sites offer the protection of coastal vegetation with views of the shoreline. Grants Lagoon is suitable for tents, caravans and campervans. The campground has pit toilets. A blackwater dump station is located on the corner of Tully and Young streets in St Helens. Please do not dump chemical toilet contents in the campground toilets. The maximum stay is 4 weeks.
