Cult Logic Coffee is a micro coffee roastery and cafe, situated on land that was never ceded, in Hobart Tasmania. Australia's southernmost city. They have been roasting coffee for more than a decade, however the Collins St cafe has only been operating since October 2025. As coffee roasters, they recognise that they are only a small part of an enormous coffee producing community. They are aware of the impacts that their choices can have on others and strive only to make decisions that improve outcomes for everyone in the chain. In store, you can expect to see various origins and farmers showcased each week. The team love to have a chat about the new flavours are always coming out of the roastery. The cafe offers light breakfast and lunch options, sweet treats, and a calm and cozy environment to enjoy it all in.
