Craigie Knowe Vineyard is a working vineyard and cellar door, set on 20 hectares, with 5 hectares under vine. It is the oldest vineyard on the beautiful East Coast of Tasmania. The homestead was built in 1836 and is one of the most photographed houses in Tasmania. Please note Hipcamp charge an additional charge on top of the $25.00. Please look at our website for options. The cellar door is open 11-4, and offers chocolate and wine pairings, and normal tastings. We also have a restaurant on site open from 11:30 - 3:00 daily during summer. It is a beautiful vineyard with plenty of outside seating. There are also 5 other cellar doors within 10 minutes of the property, so it's a great basecamp for wine lovers! We have plenty of level ground, ideal for pulling up for a night or several. Please note, all campers must be self-contained, with their own toilet, and we kindly ask you take all waste with you.

Belmont Homestead is a country accommodation property presently offering three different styles of accommodation: a family wing sleeping up to 4 people, an 1850's romantic cottage sleeps 2 and a unique gypsy van sleeps two. With two friendly goats, chickens and wide spaces to investigate and stunning Wye River by your accommodation is a one off experience. They are located six and a half kilometres north of the town of Swansea on the Great Eastern Drive and are close to numerous wineries and the world-renowned Freycinet National Park. A wood-burning fireplace (Available May–Sept) and reverse-cycle air conditioning ensure year-round comfort. The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances, a coffee machine, and even ocean views from the sink. Upstairs, glass doors lead to a spacious entertainment deck—ideal for BBQs, sunset drinks, or simply listening to the waves. After a swim or beach walk, the outdoor shower offers a refreshing rinse. External CCTV is in place for security purposes. Please note: there has been recent fire activity in the surrounding area. While the home itself was not impacted and remains fully operational, guests may notice some evidence of fire-affected vegetation nearby.
