Join acclaimed textile artists Lisa Carroll and Georgia Chapman for a weekend of creative exploration at bruny NORTH, where tradition and sustainability meet technology. Through hands-on workshops, you'll transform textiles, dive into digital fabric printing, and discover innovative embellishment techniques. With limited places per session, these intimate workshops offer a rare opportunity to learn directly from industry-leading practitioners. Workshop Line-Up: Saturday 4 October Surface Transformations (3 hours) 10am–1pm | AUD150 Breathe new life into a pre-loved scarf through screen printing and hand manipulation. Bring your own or choose from Surface Paradise Workshops collection. All materials provided | Max 10 participants per session Past Meets Present (3 hours) 2pm–5pm | AUD150 Explore digital fabric printing, sequin work, and beading in this future-forward workshop where heritage meets high fashion. All materials provided | Max 10 participants per session Sunday 5 October Fabulous Beasts (1.5 hours - children and adults) Sunday 5 October | Two sessions: 11am and 2:30pm | AUD50 Create your own digital print collage on a tote, pillowcase or banner inspired by your inner fashion animal.
