The Loft at Soho is a cosy, yet contemporary, architect-designed townhouse set in historical South Hobart. The magnificent kunanyi (Mt Wellington) puts on a regular show with moving clouds or snow and can be clearly viewed from the living space. The beautiful Hobart Rivulet is at the end of the street, and two bicycles are provided. Although surrounded by popular cafes, bars and shops, The Loft is private and quiet. Up to four people can be accommodated, with one bedroom (Queen) and one sofa bed. There is a full kitchen, bathroom with heated towel rail, washer/dryer, French linen, double glazing and heating, balcony and courtyard with outdoor fireplace/barbeque. There is undercover parking at the door, and it's an easy 15-20 minute walk to the CBD via Macquarie Street or The Rivulet.

Little Halcyon is a tranquil 1930s property in historic South Hobart, right where it borders the CBD. Kunanyi (Mt Wellington) is visible from the doorstep and yet a supermarket, wine shop, Japanese restaurant, pharmacy and petrol station are within one to three min walk. Amble to Salamanca Place or Hobart Waterfront in thirty minutes. On-site parking makes car trips a breeze. The house itself has hotel-quality bedlinen, a well appointed bathroom and kitchen for your enjoyment. The house has plenty of period features, and is decorated with many vintage pieces in a nod to its history and an eye to a sustainable future. You will sense a mellow and inviting ambience as you walk through. Guests who love cooking and are tempted by the wonderful array of fresh and sometimes uniquely Tasmanian produce available at the many markets and providores around Hobart will find the kitchen is equipped with sharp knives and more than just the basic cookware, implements, appliances and serving ware. There is on-site parking by the side of the house for up to one car and unmetered parking on the street.

Built in 1837, Old Bishop's Quarters, Hobart offers both modern and heritage accommodation on the grounds of a historic home and English-styled garden with some views to the River Derwent. Five unique apartments: three self-contained two-bedroom apartments and two studios with retractable roofs provide accommodation for couples, families of 3-5, and groups of 14-16 guests in total. Free Wi-Fi, TV facilitating streaming services and Bluetooth Speakers are in each apartment. BBQ & laundry facilities & car parking are available, a pleasant communal guest courtyard and views through the gardens to the Derwent River. Each unit offers a kitchenette. All bathrooms feature underfloor heating and walk-in shower. 3 apartments have baths, Maud's Cottage hosting our sumptuous copper bath. Access to each apartment is via 3-4 stairs or a flight of stairs to the first floor - the School House has no stairs and is accessible. Old Bishop's Quarters is within a 10-minute walk from both Sandy Bay and Battery Point. The Royal Yacht Club of Tasmania, UTAS and Salamanca are both less than 15 minutes' walk. It is a 5-minute drive from Hobart CBD (Central Business District).
