Welcome to the Australian Geographic exclusive Flinders Island Photography Workshop with Cameron Blake. Whether you are a novice or an experienced photographer, this tour is for everyone who loves photography and who wants to improve their photography skills. Flinders Island is an incredibly special place situated just off the northeast coast of Tasmania. The island features ancient rock formations, stunning beaches, beautiful flora and fauna, and incredible opportunities for sunrise and sunset photography. During the trip, you will explore the island from top to bottom. Each day will be an adventure in capturing the island's beauty through photography, from its impressive rock formations to the breathtaking views across the mountains. As a photographer, this region offers some of the best scenery in Tasmania—it's like experiencing a mini-Tasmania all on one island. The diversity of landscapes here provides unique photographic opportunities unlike anywhere else in Australia.

Embark on a seven-day birding and wildlife journey through southern Tasmania, exploring the remote Southwest Wilderness, Bruny Island, Maria Island and Hobart's nearby hotspots. Shaped by more than 10,000 years of isolation, Tasmania is home to 12 endemic bird species, including the forty-spotted pardalote, Tasmanian native-hen and green rosella as well as the critically endangered orange-bellied parrot.
