A stylishly restored baltic pine hut that was the original Shearers Hut at Twamley Farm, in the days when shearing was done with hand shears and the season would stretch on for months. Situated at the end of the valley, the Shearers Hut boasts vistas of the densely forested rolling hills surrounding Twamley Farm. Get cosy by the wood fire or relax in the outdoor bath, breathing in the clean, crisp country air and soaking up the farm views.

The Storekeeper's Boutique Accommodation is a beautifully appointed sandstone cottage situated on Tasmania's East Coast. This unique hideaway is just a 20-minute drive from the pristine white beaches of Orford and departure to the magical Maria Island National Park. Located in the small historic farming village of Buckland, The Storekeeper's has been designed with indulgence and relaxation in mind. The Storekeeper's is operated by Twamley Farm. The farm is just a short drive from The Storekeeper's, where guests have full access to wander amongst the historic buildings, walk or mountain bike. The cottage has two queen-sized bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen with a gourmet mini bar, breakfast provisions, Nespresso coffee pod machine and gourmet pre-prepared meals on hand. The study is well stocked with books, magazines, DVDs and games. You will enjoy relaxing by the wood fire or in the sheltered courtyard with a fire pot at the end of the day enjoying a glass of our best local East Coast wine. The Storekeepers have an electric vehicle charging station conveniently located at the front of the property. The EV charger is available for guests and the public 24/7.

You can book 'The Estate', which sleeps up to 16 people in six rooms; with an option to add 8 more beds in the beautifully curated bunk room called 'Mosh' to make 24. 'The Estate' and 'The Estate Plus' bookings include the use of a modern chef's kitchen. Or, just book one or more of the eight unique rooms separately and enjoy a shared experience with other guests; there is a fully stocked kitchenette. The dining, lounge, deck, bathrooms and gardens have shared access. They don't include breakfasts, but various catering options are available, including evening meals or breakfasts, as an add-on if desired.
