After a short brief from the crew, you will depart and glide up the beautiful Huon River towards the Historic township of Franklin, sipping on local wine, beer or cider and enjoying a local Huon Valley-produced grazing board. Cellar door wine tastings are available from Heriots Point Vineyard on weekends or via appointment through the vineyard itself. Bookings are essential on our cruises as there are limited available spaces and as we are at a private dock, we don’t accept walk-in passengers. For this intimate cruise, you will start at the private dock at Heriots Point Vineyard, and make your way up the river towards the Historic township of Franklin observing and discovering the absolutely gorgeous natural and man-made scenery and rich history of the area as we go. The beautiful fully enclosed cabin of LaDrone is perfect for all conditions on the river, not to mention the superb spacious and comfortable seating arrangements, perfect if it's raining. Or on a nice sunny day, you may want to soak up the sun on the safe and roomy back deck. On board, you will have a warm drink provided, along with a scone freshly baked that morning by Franks Cider House Café. As we are located at a private dock, prior booking is essential.

Short-term guest suite accommodation with stunning views overlooking the Huon River in the Huon Valley. The guest suite is separate from the main house but under the same roof. The guest suite has a bedroom with a double bed, a private entrance and an ensuite. The guest suite also has a kitchenette. Quiet, relaxing spot, situated on 5 acres, which guests may wander.

Bramley Hollow is a two-bedroom timber cabin located on a small organic farm in the wonderful Huon Valley at Glaziers Bay and is surrounded by spectacular views of the Huon River and the mountainous South West Wilderness. Tucked into a cosy rural site, the stylish barn-like accommodation offers two queen-sized bedrooms, living area and fully equipped kitchen with a wood heater for keeping warm in the cooler winter months and a stylish modern bathroom. Double glazed windows and beautiful furnishings make Bramley Hollow a very cosy and friendly environment to sit back and relax whilst soaking up the gorgeous views on offer from each room or the deck outside where you can sit and soak in the splendour. The lovely town of Cygnet is only 8 kms away and there are many options for cafes and restaurants within an easy drive.
