Apartment 1 accommodates up to six guests with a queen bed, tri-bunk, and two singles. The open-plan living and dining area includes a wall-mounted Smart TV with Netflix (login with your account), Wi-Fi, and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, cooktop, and microwave. A modern bathroom with rain shower, heated towel rail, and IXL tastic adds comfort, while a heat pump and air conditioning ensure year-round ease. Step onto the covered deck to dine alfresco with a Weber BBQ or enjoy morning coffee. Guests of Apartment 1 also have access to an external laundry with washer, dryer, and clothesline.
Apartment 2 is a cosy studio designed for couples, with a queen bed, bar fridge, microwave, heating, Smart TV with Netflix, Wi-Fi, its own private deck, and a well-appointed bathroom.
Both apartments feature private entrances and can be booked separately or together for larger groups seeking both connection and privacy. Ideally located near Whalers Lookout, the Foreshore Walking Track, and The Gulch, Bicheno Ocean Views is a welcoming base to relax, recharge, and explore Tasmania's breathtaking East Coast.

The cool temperate waters offer excellent viewing of the creatures that live there and the luxuriant and rarely seen plant life is a spectacle itself. Your guide has many years of experience and can offer a comprehensive and knowledgeable interpretation. Every day is different and the effect of the East Australian current is at times dramatic with many different life forms travelling in it.

Bicheno’s Glass Bottom Boat offers an opportunity to view the creatures and plant life of Tasmania’s temperate waters. The fully guided tour takes approximately 45 minutes with interpretation and the opportunity to learn about plant and sea life.

There are two safe lookout platforms, one facing east towards the ocean and over the Gulch, the other over the town and western beaches.
You will get panoramic views of the town and its sparkling crescent shaped harbour. Although steep it is family friendly and makes a fantastic picnic spot.
