Bruny Island Retreat is a fully self-contained holiday home at Adventure Bay, Bruny Island. Bruny Island is accessible by ferry, from Kettering, a 25-minute drive south of Hobart. Bruny Island Retreat has three bedrooms, two with queen size beds and one twin room. The master bedroom has an ensuite, and the bathroom has a shower and a full-size bath. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a microwave oven and a large open plan dining living area. The living area has a television, DVD, and CD. The laundry has an automatic washing machine and clothes dryer. There is a covered barbecue area at the rear of the property, with a gas barbecue and outdoor table and chairs. The two double bedrooms and the lounge open onto a covered veranda that overlooks magnificent Adventure Bay. It is a two-minute walk to the beach or the jetty and boat ramp. Nearby at The Neck, you can see fairy penguins at dusk. There are plenty of walking tracks in South Bruny National Park to explore and a visit to Cape Bruny Lighthouse is a must.
