Cambridge House B&B
Step back in time and take modern day comfort with you. Cambridge House is Geeveston's historic home, built in 1870 by the town's founder John Geeves. These days the setting for ABC"s "Rosehaven"!
We have five rooms both downstairs and up, all with bathrooms, heating, tea and coffee making, TV's and electric blankets. We have doubles, twins and one triple room, a large guest lounge and a big garden, complete with our own resident platypus family.
Your own front door key & entrance ensures privacy and there are no shared areas with your hosts.
We include in the tariff full cooked breakfasts served in our dining room. Plenty of off street parking and free Wifi.
We are less than an hour from Hobart in the centre of the Huon Valley, the closest accommodation to the Tahune Airwalk and an ideal base for exploring the Hastings Caves, Hartz Mtn and Southwest Nat. Parks and Cockle Creek - which is as far south in Australia as you can drive! Not to mention the many artist & craft shops, wineries, cider houses and gourmet food outlets including the world-renowned Masaaki's sushi right here in Geeveston.
