It is located at the base of the Douglas Apsley National Park, which features crystal clear rivers and diverse forests. Denison Rivulet Retreats is a place to unwind, relax and explore. Currawong and Pardalote are two architecturally designed, self-contained retreats featuring a stunning bath that overlooks the private bushland setting. It has a fully equipped kitchen, a large living space, and a beautiful timber deck with bushland and ocean views. The retreats are located on Tasmania's beautiful east coast - this area is full of incredible National Parks, walking trails and award-winning vineyards. There are numerous beautiful local attractions that are recommended, including Denison Beach and the Porches, Douglas-Apsley National Park, Freycinet National Park, Wineglass Bay, Diamond Island, Waubs Bay, Bicheno, Bicheno Penguin Tours, Bicheno foreshore walk and Bicheno Blowhole. The recommended local food and wine include The Lobster Shack, Governors Bicheno, Little Bay Patisserie, Waubs Harbour Whisky Distillery, Devils Corner Vineyard, and Springvale Vineyard.
