Grosvenor Court Apartments is located within easy walking distance of Sandy Bay Beach, Hobart city centre, Salamanca Place, Battery Point and Constitution Dock with Wrest Point and the University of Tasmania also just minutes away.
Our apartments and houses are currently serviced weekly if you are staying 8 or more nights.

Apartment (2 Bedroom - 2 Queen)
The Two Bedroom - 2 Queen Apartment is ideal for couples or families wanting to share. Consisting of two queen size beds and a single bed allowing for a maximum occupancy of five people. The apartment features a full kitchen, bathroom, LCD television, DVD player, Sony Playstation 3 and access to free wireless internet. This apartment is located on the top floor with a lovely view of Mount Wellington. The apartment is serviced weekly if staying more than 8 nights. Rates quoted are for four people. $20 each additional adult.

Studio Apartment
The Studio Apartment is ideal for couples or the corporate traveller. Consisting of one queen size bed, with the option of a single bed being added allowing for a maximum occupancy of three people. The apartment features a full kitchen, ensuite bathroom, LCD television, DVD player and access to free wireless internet. The apartment is serviced weekly if staying more than 8 nights. Rate quoted is for two people in queen bed. $20 per night for additional single bed.

Apartment (2 Bedroom)
The Two Bedroom Apartment is ideal for families, groups or sporting teams. Consisting of one queen size bed and four single beds allowing for a maximum occupancy of six people. The apartment features a full kitchen, bathroom, LCD television, DVD player and access to free wireless internet. The apartment is serviced weekly if staying more than 8 nights. All rates quoted are for four people, with $20 each extra person.

House (3 Bedroom at Princes Street)
3 Bedroom Princes Street house is ideal for families or groups of up to eight guests with a private driveway for two cars located at 30 Princes Street. Consisting of a large kitchen with oven, ceramic cooktop, full size fridge and dishwasher, with separate dining room, lounge, one bathroom and a handy hidden laundry. Two of the bedrooms have a queen bed and a single bed with the third bedroom having two single beds. The house is serviced weekly if staying more than 8 nights. For Check-in, guests need to come to reception located in the main apartment building at 42 Grosvenor Street. Maximum occupancy is strictly eight people with bedding unable to be moved. Rates quoted are for four people. $20 each additional person.

House (3 Bedroom Grosvenor Street)
Consisting of three bedrooms and two bathrooms, the apartment is ideal for large families or groups of up to eight guests. The first floor consists the main bedroom with one queen bed, ensuite, small sitting room, large formal lounge, bathroom with separate toilet, laundry, large kitchen and dining opening up to a courtyard. Upstairs there are two bedrooms; the first consisting of a queen bed and one single bed, the second has three single beds. Please note that there is no off-street parking for this house with parking if required along Grosvenor Street. However check daily. The house is serviced weekly if staying more than 8 nights. Maximum occupancy is strictly eight people (includes children), bedding is unable to be moved. Rates quoted are for four people. $20 each extra person. No sporting groups allowed in this house.

House (4 Bedroom Grosvenor Street)
Our 4 Bedroom Grosvenor Street house was built in the early 1900s and has undergone a beautiful renovation by its current owners. It is ideal for families or groups of up to 8 guests. With entry via its own private driveway located at 40 Grosvenor St where there is ample parking for 2 cars, it is a home away from home. Entry is from the back of the house into a large open plan kitchen, dining and lounge. The kitchen comes complete with an oven, ceramic cooktop, full-size fridge, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine and butler’s pantry. There is a dining setting for 8 guests and the lounge room consists of 2 x 3 seater couches and a large LCD Smart TV. There are 4 bedrooms each with 1 x Queen Size Bed and LCD TV. The main bedroom has an ensuite and walk in wardrobe. The main bathroom consists of a walk in shower, 1500mm bath, vanity and toilet. The Laundry has a washing machine and dryer. The house is not serviced daily. Maximum occupancy is strictly 8 people this includes children of all ages.
