Free Wi-Fi, TV facilitating streaming services and Bluetooth Speakers are in each apartment. BBQ & laundry facilities & car parking are available, a pleasant communal guest courtyard and views through the gardens to the Derwent River. Each unit offers a kitchenette. All bathrooms feature underfloor heating and walk-in shower. 3 apartments have baths, Maud's Cottage hosting our sumptuous copper bath.
