All rooms have a distinctly nautical feel in keeping with the former dry dock site on which the hotel was built. Which is why, for this dinner, five wines simply didn't feel like enough... So they've made it nine. If you already know their Pinot, you'll understand why we've been waiting for the right (winter) moment to set this table. If you don't, this is the evening to find out. They're setting a single long table in their VIP dining room; just sixteen seats, plus one reserved for Matthew Pooley. Matthew will be joining to share the stories behind the wines, the vineyards, and their three-generation family legacy.
