The new Stargazer Tasting Room is the perfect setting for a beautiful, guided tasting experience overlooking the Chardonnay and Pinot Noir vines at the Palisander vineyard. Whether you're a seasoned enthusiast or just beginning your wine journey, they invite you to sit with them for a tutored session. You'll be seated around the bespoke communal table with other like-minded wine lovers, where you'll enjoy a selection of current-release wines and occasionally other special vinous treats.

Waterbridge is a one stop shop for all your fresh fruit, vegetables, jams, chutneys, relishes and frozen meals. Shop in store or we deliver to your door! Staff and volunteers cook delicious healthy meals and sell fresh affordable food. Two community gardens in Bridgewater and Gagebrook provide garden produce to supply the Waterbridge Food Pantry. The Food Pantry sells low-cost healthy food. This includes a range of jams, relishes and sauces, ready to eat frozen meals, desserts and fresh veggie boxes. Deliveries within Bridgewater, Gagebrook and Herdsmans Cove are $5.00. All other deliveries incur a $10 delivery fee. The Waterbridge Food Pantry is open to the public Monday to Thursday from 10 am to 2 pm (closed between 12 noon and 1pm).

Bonorong is a Sanctuary for wildlife run by a passionate team of like-minded people. They're a social enterprise: a little business with a big heart. Just 30 minutes north of Hobart's CBD, they are home to many animals, including Tasmanian devils, wombats, echidnas, birds, quolls and more. They also have free-roaming Forester kangaroos who are always keen for a good scratch on the chest and some gentle hand feeding (roo food included with entry). A visit to Bonorong is not complete without joining one of their daily guided tours. These tours are free with entry and give you the opportunity to meet some of their most popular locals: the wombats, devils and echidnas. You will hear little-known facts and stories of the wildlife in their care. Tour groups, school groups and after-school groups can all be catered for with private tours and more. They have a Food Hut onsite, making it a great stop for lunch with 100% plant-based meals. Bonorong is easily accessible by car, with free parking onsite.
