Turner Stillhouse is a craft spirits distillery based in Tasmania's iconic Tamar Valley. Our flagship brand is Three Cuts Gin, which is multi-award winning internationally. Our whiskies are due for release in late 2023. We handcraft high-quality bespoke spirits, using the purest of ingredients to create a smooth and well-balanced flavour. Our multi-award winning Three Cuts Gin is made from scratch in small batches and was named Best International Gin at the American Distilling Institute 2021 spirits awards, and Best Contemporary Gin at the Australian Gin Awards. Carefully distilled from a premium grape base, pure Tasmanian water and a unique blend of Tasmanian grown and internationally sourced botanical. Experience Tasmania's highest award-winning gin by visiting our distillery for a tasting flight, tour or cocktail. Located at Tamar Ridge, just fifteen minutes from Launceston and overlooking the Tamar River. Open daily 10 am-5 pm. Bookings are essential for larger groups and tours; smaller group walk-ins welcome.

Finding a balance between the pursuit of patience and an appreciation of the unique, Brady’s Lookout Cider is Australia’s only cider maker committed to the time-honoured Methode Traditionelle (also known as sparkling method) techniques. A small boutique cider mill in the Tamar Valley our limited release ciders are truly worth waiting for. Reflecting fruit from the farm we are emulating the ‘Royal Ciders’ of the 17th Century and the sparkling that Tasmania is globally renowned for. Learn about the importance of maintaining a heritage orchard with 83 different varieties of apples. The farm operates to organic principles and has a conservation program for rare wildlife. At our home on the ridge, we’ve stirred a collection of makers, creators, innovators and producers – forever inspired by the soil and climate of Tasmania, and always following our noses. From wine to food and all things spirited in between, follow yours and you too will find us – in the heart of the Tamar Valley and on the banks of the Tamar River, just 20 minutes north of Launceston. Specialising in cool-climate Pinot Noir, we like to say we're Pinot Noir Makers first and wine Makers second.
