Three apartments in the heritage-listed Victorian building are perfect for individuals, couples or groups of up to 14 friends or families to stay together in comfort and style.
The first-floor penthouse - Apartment One - has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and occupies the whole floor giving exclusive use and ultimate privacy and is super spacious. Accommodates up to six guests. Great for families and groups of friends or work colleagues.
The ground floor - Apartment Two - has one bedroom with a grand separate sitting room, kitchen, new bathroom. Great for one or two couples or a family with two children who can share a double sofa bed. Accommodates up to four guests.
The ground floor - Suite - has one bedroom plus an elegant sitting room (with sofa bed). But has no kitchen- only kettle, toaster, fridge and microwave appliances. Plus an elegant dining table. Accommodates up to 4 in the bedroom and sitting room.
Laundry facilities are in Apartments 1 and 2 only. A two-night minimum stay applies.

The Suite
An elegant large sitting room leads through to a generous bedroom with a queensized bed, with a fridge, tea and coffee making facilities, and a new ensuite bathroom. The high ceilings, generous sized rooms and gorgeous architecture make this suite feel like anything but a normal hotel room. There is no kitchen in this suite, but coffee shops and fabulous restaurants abound in the neighbourhood, so why worry about cooking on holiday! You can still breakfast or enjoy takeaways at the suite dining table. The hallmark of this Suite - which is about 3 times the size of a normal hotel room is its grace and space.

Apartment 2
Hugely spacious one bedroom apartment with balcony and garden on Elizabeth Street, the main Street of Hobart. Relax and revive in the only garden in MidTown, amongst all the surrounding cafes, churches, shops and offices. Appreciate the fine features of this Heritage listed property, with its high ceilings, original wooden floors, beautiful cornices and ceiling roses, whilst also enjoying the mod cons of its separate kitchen facilities and new contemporary bathroom. No need to squash into a small cupboard sized bedroom - this apartment is a grand space for a couple (plus some kids or another couple in the sofa bed).

Apartment 1
This New York classic style apartment blends high ceilings and the architectural features of a grand old building with the contemporary fitout of a 5 star hotel. The three-bedroom apartment is extremely spacious and private; it has a master bedroom with a king-sized bed (can be split into two single beds) and a single bed; the second bedroom has a queen bed; and the third bedroom a single bed. There is also a double sofa bed in the large dining/familyroom which is separate from the livingroom. There are two bathrooms, one with laundry facilities. Accommodates 6 in style and 8 using the sofa bed. The open plan kitchen/dining/family room is large and family friendly and the adjacent sitting room also has a gorgeous private balcony with views of the garden below and cityscape.
