Guests can use the barbecue facilities, fire pot and picnic spots overlooking Macquarie Harbour. Surrounded by nature and only three minute's drive to the centre of town. The Strahan Wilderness Lodge C1890 was built as the North Lyell Mine Managers' residence in Gormanston. In the 1980s, the home was moved to Strahan in a position over-looking Macquarie Harbour and the fishing fleet of Mill Bay. Book direct and save.
