The Bolt Hole
Bolt Hole: A place where a person can escape or hide. A hole in a wall or enclosure where an animal may “bolt” through, used as an escape or emergency exit. A contemporary open-plan home where you can leave behind the hustle and bustle of everyday living. From the spacious deck gaze at the majesty of The Hazards Mountains and watch the waves crash on Richardson’s beach, a view which can be fully appreciated from the light-filled main living area comprising open plan dining, lounge and modern style kitchen with butler’s pantry. A large deck to the rear of the property provides a secluded bushland retreat and further outdoor dining options. On a lower exterior level there’s an outdoor shower, perfect for washing off the sand from a day at the beach. The house has reverse cycle air conditioning for your comfort and features a beautiful wood fire for cosy winter getaways. The fireplace can be used from May to September only. This boutique style accommodation has a versatile layout that provides the comfort and convenience for couples or families to have their own separate space but ample room to come together to appreciate the beautiful views and special features of this comfortable but stylish home.
