Join our Cellar Door Manager as he guides you through our wine portfolio and the process of making world-class sparkling before testing your own hand at the process. Experience the intricacies of winemaking for yourself, as you blend and manage the dosage process to re-create our Clover Hill Tasmanian Cuvee NV and Cuvee Rose NV. This session concludes with a glass of Clover Hill sparkling and cheese platter to enjoy, whilst taking in the dramatic panoramas of the Clover Hill Vineyard and Lebrina Valley.

The Jansz Tasmania vineyard is located in the Tamar Valley, in Northern Tasmania. The vineyard lies in the heart of the Pipers River region, an area known as 'Sparkling Tasmania.' Jansz was the first sparkling wine to be made according to the traditional Methode Champenoise. The ultra-cool growing conditions of the Pipers River region allow the grapes to ripen slowly, developing intense, delicate and refined flavours - the very essence of top quality sparkling wine. Jansz has since redefined the Australian sparkling wine genre. Pipers Brook Vineyard in beautiful Tasmanian Tamar Valley wine country is a leading winery and vineyard located in Northern Tasmania, celebrating 50 years of Tasmanian excellence.
