The Bakery is known for the best pies in Tassie - well known for scallop pies, chicken and camembert, and vegetarian pies Dessert cakes to make the mouth water. Sweat out toxins and breathe in calmness. Are you ready for 75 minutes of wellness? Your session begins with guided meditation and breath-work, followed by an ice bath and two rounds of the far infrared sauna whilst sipping on a hot ginger tea. Finish with a yoga mobility session and feel the calmness and clarity while you relax in our wellness space on the sand dunes.
