Established in 1852, our property is situated along the George River, Meetermer, where the river meets the sea. Over a span of three years, father and daughter duo, Ross and Anna Williams, meticulously transformed these century-old stables into a luxurious boutique retreat. Our vision was simple - create a space for slow contemplation, set within the scenic embrace of the land we hold dear.
We extend a warm welcome to our working farm, just a stone's throw away from the heart of St Helens town. Here, you can simply unwind under the starlit night sky, breathe in the serenity, and savor the moment.

The Off Season
Embark on a regenerative farm tour like no other!
Explore the sole habitat of the endangered Davies Wax Flower and marvel at the Eagles' Nest. Roam by ATV with farmer Ross and take in the regenerative pastures and practices of Martha Vale Park. Afterwards, experience a heart-pounding plunge into the Meetermer Gorge & unwind at the century-old Stables with a rejuvenating shower in a cattle trough.

Stay two nights over the winter period and have the regenerative farm tour added to your experience on the first day of your stay. The tour includes exploring the wetlands, witnessing the ethical practices of a Cape Grim Beef Seller and the gorge on the property.
