Set in a quiet, affluent suburb this spacious, comfortable, modern home has outstanding river views back to Hobart city. It’s less than a 20-minute drive right into Hobart CBD and Salamanca and roughly the same as Hobart Airport. The perfect spot for a relaxing break with easy access to the river and a beautiful riverfront walk that takes you to Howrah Point and its beach. Being set on the Eastern Shore you have a head start on day trips to the stunning East Coast or down to Port Arthur. The house is for accommodation only and is not suitable for parties, gatherings, or functions of any kind. There are to be no more than two visitors to the house without our prior written consent. A modern open plan two-story home set over two levels with great outdoor spaces, including plenty of lawn for the kids to play in a secure back garden. Plenty of flat off-street parking and excellent heating and cooling to ensure a comfortable stay no matter the weather. Four large bedrooms including a huge downstairs bedroom with two single beds This home has a new modern bathroom with bath and discrete shower bay, a separate toilet, a quality well-equipped kitchen and a very spacious living and dining room. Great views from the private, secured deck.
