Stephens Tasmanian Honey was established by the late Robert Stephens in 1920 and now the 4th generation family-run business continues to produce pure, natural Tasmanian honey each year. Golden Nectar Organic Real Leatherwood Honey - a uniquely flavoured honey of the highest quality, only produced in Tasmania from wilderness areas on the West Coast, many listed as World Heritage Areas, bringing to you one of the finest quality products in the world. Golden Bee Honey - Clover, Blackberry and Ground Flora Honey is gathered from the lush pastures of the North and North-West of Tasmania during December and January.

Alum Cliffs trail follows a short, well-defined track through an area of historical and cultural significance. From the car park there is a short ascent to a plateau with a large sculpture (the three points on the sculpture represent the three significant paths aboriginal people would walk; from Western Bluff to Tulampanga and Quamby Bluff). Then through a gentle descent the track terminates at a viewing platform overlooking the Mersey River and spectacular Alum Cliffs Gorge. Tulampanga is the Pallittorre (local Aboriginal) name for the area. Time: 40 minutes return. Grade: 2: Suitable for most ages.
