Wake to uninterrupted lagoon views at Wineglass Bay Estate, a considered luxury retreat set across 52 acres on Tasmania's East Coast. Designed as a collection of just eight architecturally refined standalone retreats, Wineglass Bay Estate offers rare privacy, restrained luxury and an intimate connection to the surrounding landscape. Each retreat is carefully positioned to overlook Moulting Lagoon, where water, light and silence become part of the experience. Inside, king beds are layered in premium linen, bathrooms are beautifully appointed with natural stone and antique brass detailing, and bespoke minibars showcase a considered selection of Tasmanian produce. Calm, textural interiors draw on charcoal, olive and warm timbers, echoing the landscape beyond the glass. Private decks extend each retreat into the landscape — a place for slow mornings, local wine and cheese, and long sunsets across the lagoon. The Estate enters a new chapter with the opening of the Wineglass Bay Estate Cellar Door and WADE restaurant. For retreat guests, breakfast is served at WADE each morning, while lunch, dinner and wine experiences allow guests to settle into the Estate without needing to leave. Wineglass Bay Estate is more than a place to stay. It is a destination shaped by landscape, wine, food and design — a place to slow time, reconnect with nature and experience Tasmania's East Coast in a deeply considered way.
