The Wombat Studio is a comfortable, well equipped self-contained studio apartment with private entrance which comfortably accommodates two guests and includes a continental breakfast. The property is in a quiet semi-rural location overlooking Frederick Henry Bay, a 20 minute drive to Hobart city and a 15 minute drive to Hobart Airport. It is an ideal base for a number of popular tourist attractions. The area provides a convenience store, post office, doctor's surgery, chemist, cafe, take away outlets and tavern all within a few minutes drive from the studio. There are also a number of very good restaurants within a short drive. The area is renowned for its safe swimming and nearby popular surfing beaches. The Tangara Trail winds through the Acton Corridor and offers some excellent walking opportunities. The coastal track that leads from Roches Beach and follows the foreshore ending at Seven Mile Beach is a must. The property is also close to the Tasmanian Equestrian Centre, the Royal Hobart Golf Course and a number of other popular golf courses. The Coal River wine region is also nearby and offers a first class selection of Tasmanian wines and the finest of dining. Own transport is required.

The Wombat Studio is a comfortable, well equipped self contained studio apartment with a private entrance. Relax on the comfortable sofa whilst logging into the free Wi-Fi or watching the 43-inch flat-screen television. The studio is part of a five-acre property overlooking Frederick Henry Bay towards Tasman Peninsula. There is an abundance of free-ranging wildlife on the property and surrounds which can quite often be seen grazing at dusk. Easy off street parking for up to two vehicles.
